Grabyo is a cloud video platform built for digital, OTT and broadcast production. Our cloud-native platform removes the traditional complexities of professional video production and distribution.
Grabyo works with the world’s largest broadcasters and rights holders including Sky Sports, BT Sport, Eurosport, ITV, Turner, The Premier League, LaLiga, The FA, Buzzfeed, AELTC Wimbledon, GOAL.com and many more. Our platform integrates with the major social platforms - including Facebook, Instagram, Periscope, Twitter, and YouTube. Grabyo is also an AWS Advanced Technology Partner.
Grabyo is growing at scale. We are looking to increase the size of our development and engineering teams. We are currently hiring Senior Front-end Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, DevSecOps Engineers, Video Engineers and Software Engineering Interns to help build great technology for our products and platform.
The engineering department is divided into different product squads with clear quarterly goals defined by OKRs. These product squads are completely autonomous and self-sufficient and follows agile methodologies (Scrum or Scrumban) with a strong culture of trust.

Personal development budget
We strongly believe in our engineers as they are at the core of our success. Without a great team of engineers, you can't build a good product. For that reason, we have a personal development budget per employee that they can use to go to conferences, meetups or online courses.
Tech hours on Wednesday
Every Wednesday we allocate an hour to allow members of teams to share knowledge. This could be a current project they are working on or a new technology they have been playing around with.
Hackathons
We love tech, and we love to have fun. For this reason, we organize internal hackathons twice a year. This is an event that lasts throughout the day, into the evening and is the perfect opportunity to geek out with peers and experiment with new and exciting ideas.
Mentors and regular performance reviews
