Our fully remote team works hard, but we fully embrace the advantages of this new paradigm. We work autonomously, collaborate asynchronously, and take ownership of our work. 

Our payment volume has grown 5X over last year and we are now targeting to facilitate over $1B of payments per year. In order to support this level of growth, FORWARD is looking for a Director of Payment Services to lead our Payment Services team, and to work with our Senior VP of Operations to scale payment and treasury solutions.

Payment Services is a crucial component of  FORWARD. This team ensures that all payments are delivered accurately and timely on behalf of our customers to their communities and applicants. The Director of Payment Services role will shape our current and future payment product offerings  having a tremendous impact on the FORWARD business

The ideal candidate is a hands-on detailed oriented leader that is customer-focused, with excellent communication skills, and works effectively in a fast-paced organization. In this role you and your team are the primary resource for payment services, vendor relationships, payment & cash management activities, and required analysis and reporting.
