How We Interview & Hire
Elliptic is looking for ambitious, passionate people, to drive design and delivery of our cutting edge blockchain analysis platforms. We are committed to championing diversity and inclusion and we welcome and celebrate individuals of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities.
Our interview process begins with a call to understand your skills, help you learn more about the role, and decide if Elliptic is a mutual fit. For technical roles, we will ask you to complete a coding challenge - this is to check that you meet our threshold for interpretation of requirements and coding ability. Finally, we will invite you to an "onsite" (or zoom if onsite is not feasible) interview, where you will meet several key team members, and spend 30 minutes with our C.E.O. discussing our values and behaviours.
