Maintaining, upgrading, and protecting the IT infrastructure and end-user devices of one of the world's largest companies requires a variety of skills. Some take on management roles and act as leaders for our colleagues in tech support to better support our end-users. Our team is active 24/7, ensuring we provide support and perform critical maintenance with minimal business disruptions. Experience in using hardware and software, including Microsoft Office or Windows, in an IT role. Experience in IT support or IT asset management and procurement. Advanced German language skills. Valid driver's license. Degree in computer science or another technical field.
