• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for wedding groups and events
• Assist clients with planning details, timelines, and preferences
• Research destinations, resorts, and venue options based on client needs
• Communicate updates, confirmations, and reminders to clients
• Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
• Support a smooth coordination process from inquiry to completion
