Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning travel arrangements such as accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
• Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable vacation options
• Offer helpful suggestions to enhance overall travel plans
• Communicate with clients via email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
• Coordinate booking confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
• Maintain organized and accurate itinerary records
• Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and destination highlights
• Support clients throughout each phase of their trip preparation

Qualifications

• Interest in travel coordination and customer-focused roles
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic familiarity with computer systems and online tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or other approved hiring regions
