Role Description

We're looking for a Work From Home Travel Support Specialist to guide clients through every stage of their travel journey, from initial planning and booking to pre-departure prep and real-time updates while they're on the road. You'll be a steady point of contact for travelers, making sure they always have accurate information and know exactly what to expect next. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with full training and mentorship provided from day one. Prior travel industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
• Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
• Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
• Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
• Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Background in customer service, travel industry experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Quick to adapt to booking platforms and digital tools
• Reliable and committed to delivering a smooth client experience
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
