• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Organize and manage travel details such as itineraries, confirmations, and timelines
• Communicate with clients to understand preferences and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and tools
• Ensure all travel plans are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the booking process
