Role Description

• Respond to client inquiries related to travel services, scheduling, and reservations
• Assist with coordinating travel details based on client needs and preferences
• Provide clear updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requests
• Support the coordination process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Help deliver a consistent and positive client experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using email, online platforms, and scheduling tools
