As a Remote Travel Services Agent, you will help travelers explore destinations, evaluate vacation options, and coordinate travel arrangements that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets. From resort escapes and cruise vacations to family trips, group travel, and international adventures, you'll play an important role in creating smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, onboarding resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with exploring travel opportunities and vacation possibilities
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruise itineraries, tours, and travel packages
• Provide personalized recommendations based on traveler preferences and goals
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
• Support clients throughout the booking and pre-departure process
• Communicate with travelers through phone, email, and online platforms
• Collaborate with supplier partners to secure reservations and verify travel details
• Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records and booking information
• Stay informed about destination updates, travel trends, and supplier promotions
• Deliver professional, responsive service designed to create a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Interest in customer service, hospitality, tourism, travel, sales, or client support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and digital communication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with effective time-management skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
