Love travel? Love talking to people? We're looking for a Remote Scheduler to help clients book unforgettable trips: cruises, European getaways, all-inclusive escapes. Set your own hours and build this around your life.

• Talk with clients about their travel goals, budget, and preferences
• Research and recommend cruises, resorts, and European itineraries
• Book travel and confirm details with clients and vendors
• Track deposits and payment deadlines so nothing slips
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trip
• Keep organized records in our booking system
• Stay sharp on travel trends and supplier deals

Qualifications

• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Organized with sharp attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
• Loves travel. Personal travel experience is a bonus, not required
• No industry experience needed. We train you
