Role Description

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Travel Reservations Specialist. This role focuses on assisting clients with researching vacation options, coordinating selected arrangements, and keeping reservation information accurate and organized throughout the booking process.

• Gather client information, including preferred destinations, vacation dates, budgets, interests, and special requests
• Search available accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, tours, and vacation packages through approved resources
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, and other relevant reservation details
• Communicate available choices clearly so clients can select arrangements that meet their needs
• Process and coordinate selected reservations using authorized supplier platforms
• Verify traveler names, dates, room or cabin selections, and other booking information before confirmation
• Organize reservation confirmations, payment schedules, and important trip documentation
• Track deadlines and follow up with clients when additional information or action is required
• Assist with standard reservation changes, cancellations, or service requests according to applicable supplier policies
• Maintain accurate client records and document booking activity
• Provide courteous and timely communication throughout the reservation process
• Complete ongoing training to remain familiar with booking systems, destinations, and supplier procedures

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and capable of managing multiple reservations and deadlines
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and digital platforms
• Ability to research and compare information efficiently
• Comfortable learning online reservation systems and supplier platforms
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Dependable and able to manage responsibilities independently
• Willingness to learn and complete required training
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in and meet applicable eligibility requirements for the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or other qualifying regions/countries
