Role Description

We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy travel, working with people, and creating personalized vacation experiences. As a Remote Travel Professional, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel based on their individual preferences and needs. This role combines customer service, travel planning, relationship building, and sales. You'll have access to training and travel industry resources to help you develop your knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and booking processes. Previous travel industry experience is not required.

• Work with clients to identify their travel preferences, interests, and vacation needs.
• Research destinations and available travel options.
• Plan and book cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and other travel experiences.
• Create personalized travel recommendations and itineraries.
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process.
• Provide ongoing support before and after travel.
• Develop relationships with new and returning clients.
• Learn about destinations, travel suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
• Participate in travel training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and booking information.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client requests.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Willingness to learn travel booking systems and supplier platforms.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required.
• Genuine interest in travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
