Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research options, build trip plans, and coordinate important travel details from home. As a Remote Travel Planning Specialist, you'll assist with destination research, accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary organization while helping clients stay informed throughout the planning process. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, planning, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
