Role Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals for a Remote Travel Planner position. In this role, you will assist with:

• Researching travel options based on client requests and preferences
• Coordinating reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
• Communicating with travel suppliers regarding availability, reservation details, and travel information
• Providing general destination and travel-related information to clients
• Responding to inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to travel arrangements
• Following established company procedures and service standards
• Reviewing reservation details for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Ability to learn and use web-based systems and communication tools
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is helpful but not required
