Role Description

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in helping clients plan and book memorable travel experiences. As a Remote Travel Planner, you'll assist clients with researching destinations, comparing travel options, making reservations, and creating vacations that fit their preferences and needs.

• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Assist clients with planning and booking vacations and travel packages
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets
• Provide destination recommendations and helpful travel information
• Manage reservations and assist clients with changes or questions
• Provide ongoing support throughout the travel planning process

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable researching and comparing travel options
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Must reside in an eligible location within the U.S., U.K., Australia, Latin America, or Spain
