Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WFH Travel Planner to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other leisure travel experiences by:

• Researching destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages based on client preferences
• Preparing travel quotes, proposals, and personalized itineraries
• Communicating with clients by phone, email, and online platforms to gather travel details and answer general questions
• Coordinating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
• Maintaining accurate client records and travel documentation
• Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after the travel planning process
• Staying informed about travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry updates

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, internet research, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, retail, or travel-related experience is helpful but not required
