Role Description

We're looking for organized, proactive individuals to help oversee the operational side of client planning and service delivery in a remote environment. As a Remote Travel Operations Manager, you'll help keep reservations, schedules, client information, and planning details organized while ensuring each request moves forward efficiently. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys managing details, solving problems, and keeping multiple priorities aligned. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Oversee client requests, updates, and follow-up
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and reservation details
• Track deadlines, changes, and pending items
• Maintain accurate client and planning records
• Research options based on client needs
• Help organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary details
• Assist with modifications or special requests
• Keep communication clear and timely throughout the process
• Help ensure plans stay organized from initial request through completion
