We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel & Lifestyle Assistant to support clients by coordinating travel plans, managing scheduling requests, and assisting with lifestyle-related services. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client communication, and helping create smooth, well-managed experiences from start to finish.

In this role, you will:

• Work with clients to understand their preferences
• Assist with travel planning
• Coordinate bookings and manage various requests related to schedules and experiences
• Research options and organize details
• Ensure all information is accurate and up to date

Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through on tasks will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple requests.
