Role Description

We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals interested in developing professional experience within the travel and hospitality industry. As a Travel Industry Specialist, you will support clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating vacation arrangements while learning how different travel products, suppliers, and reservation resources work together.

This position combines customer communication, travel research, reservation assistance, and organization. You may work with clients planning:

• Cruises
• Resort stays
• Family vacations
• Couples getaways
• Group trips
• Tours
• Celebrations
• Domestic or international experiences

Prior travel industry experience is not necessary. Training, supplier education, professional resources, and ongoing mentorship are available to help you develop the knowledge needed for the role.
