Role Description

Group travel is the most lucrative sector in modern tourism. We are looking for a naturally organized, highly connected networker to join us as a Sustainable Travel & Group Events Specialist. You will leverage our massive buying power to book large-scale blocks (corporate retreats, eco-tours, wellness escapes, and destination weddings), incorporating green lodging and socially responsible tourism frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and pitch group travel solutions to corporate entities, family networks, and local organizations.
• Coordinate complex, multi-passenger logistics, including room blocks, group airfare, and private group transfers.
• Design carbon-conscious, sustainable itineraries that spotlight local economies and high-quality regional hospitality.
• Negotiate volume discounts directly with hotel partners using our agency credentials.

Partner Requirements

• Exceptional organizational, planning, or event-management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with corporate decision-makers, event hosts, and brides/grooms.
• Driven by high-volume success—motivated by large, multi-passenger payouts.
• Strong alignment with environmental sustainability and community-focused travel.
