Role Description

We are seeking detail-oriented, personable individuals to join our remote team as Travel Experience Coordinator. In this position, you will assist clients with organizing the many pieces that go into a successful vacation, from exploring destinations and accommodations to coordinating activities, transportation, and other requested services.

You will work directly with clients to gather their preferences, research available possibilities, organize selected arrangements, and provide helpful communication as their trip approaches. The role may include assisting with cruises, resort vacations, international destinations, family getaways, couples trips, group experiences, tours, and customized itineraries.

What You'll Handle

• Gather details about client interests, schedules, budgets, destination preferences, and vacation priorities
• Investigate available destinations and experiences using approved research and supplier resources
• Compare hotels, resorts, cruise options, transportation, tours, excursions, and other services
• Prepare vacation options based on the information provided by each client
• Explain available services, important requirements, and relevant trip details
• Coordinate client-selected arrangements through authorized booking platforms
• Check reservation information carefully to ensure names, dates, and selected services are correct
• Keep track of confirmations, payment dates, documentation, and other important milestones
• Communicate updates and next steps to clients throughout the coordination process
• Follow up when selections, payments, or additional information are needed
• Assist with routine questions and reservation updates when appropriate
• Keep client information and booking records current and organized
• Build knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products through continued education

• Ability to research information and evaluate different options
• Comfort using computers, email, web-based platforms, and digital communication tools
• Ability to learn new supplier and reservation systems
• Reliable internet access and an appropriate computer or device
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to complete required training and continued education
• Minimum age of 18
• Residence in and applicable eligibility for the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or another qualifying country
