Role Description

We're looking for a Travel Details Specialist to help manage the important information behind client travel plans. In this role, you'll assist with researching options, organizing trip details, maintaining accurate records, and helping clients stay informed throughout the planning process.

• Review and organize client travel preferences and trip information
• Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
• Maintain accurate itinerary, reservation, and scheduling details
• Assist with confirmations, updates, and changes to travel plans
• Communicate important trip information to clients
• Coordinate with travel providers when additional information or updates are needed
• Track special requests and ensure details are properly documented
• Help keep client records and travel information current

• Clear, professional communication skills
• Dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using online platforms, email, and scheduling tools
