Role Description

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to assist clients in planning and coordinating travel arrangements. In this role, you will help manage travel bookings, create itineraries, and ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, are detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and tours
• Communicate with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations and recommend travel options and packages
• Prepare and organize travel itineraries for clients
• Assist clients with travel documentation and important travel information
• Monitor bookings and ensure all travel details are accurate
• Provide customer support before, during, and after travel
• Maintain accurate client and booking records in company systems

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple bookings
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Interest or passion for travel
• Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
