Role Description

We're looking for a Family Travel Coordinator to help clients organize vacations that work for the entire family. This role focuses on understanding individual family needs and researching appropriate destinations, accommodations, transportation, attractions, cruises, resorts, and activities.

How You'll Support Families

• Researching family-friendly destinations and accommodations
• Comparing resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and attractions
• Identifying options based on children's ages and family preferences
• Coordinating accommodations and reservation details
• Researching activities and entertainment
• Organizing important trip information
• Communicating deadlines and travel requirements
• Answering questions throughout the planning process
• Helping clients prepare for departure
• Building relationships that lead to future family vacations

Qualifications

• You don't need professional travel experience to get started.
• Understanding that good planning is about more than making a reservation.
• Listening carefully and anticipating questions.
• Staying organized and helping clients feel confident about their plans.
• Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as education, childcare, hospitality, customer service, administration, event coordination, sales, or other people-centered fields.
• Comfortable working independently, communicating online, learning new systems, and completing ongoing training.
