• Assist clients with travel-related questions and vacation planning needs
• Gather information about traveler preferences, interests, and expectations
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, excursions, transportation, and vacation experiences
• Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual client needs
• Help coordinate reservations, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
• Provide clients with travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and important updates
• Support travelers with itinerary revisions, special requests, and service-related concerns
• Verify travel details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records, client profiles, and communication history within company systems
• Utilize company resources and supplier information to support travel planning activities
• Participate in training sessions, destination education, and ongoing development programs
