Role Description

We're looking for a Travel Concierge who is passionate about crafting seamless travel experiences and delivering high-quality client service. You will be the trusted expert behind every journey, using AI-powered tools to research and recommend hotels, coordinating logistics across platforms, and communicating directly with travelers via WhatsApp to make every trip feel effortless and personal.

This role is for someone who loves travel, writes with warmth and clarity, thinks fast when plans change, and takes pride in the kind of attention to detail that makes clients feel like VIPs from the first message through check-in.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and client-obsessed with a genuine drive to make every traveler feel like a VIP
• Detail-oriented and reliable with the ability to catch mistakes before they become problems
• Exceptional written English with clarity, warmth, and professionalism in every message
• A self-starter who learns, explores, and improves processes without being asked
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Slack, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Docs, and booking platforms
• Fast but thoughtful with the ability to balance responsiveness and quality under pressure
• Available to work a Saturday through Wednesday schedule with consistent coverage from 6 AM Saturday through 8 AM Monday US Eastern Time

Requirements

• Background in hospitality, travel, or concierge services (nice to have)
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or travel research assistants (nice to have)
• Familiarity with airlines, loyalty programs, and travel booking systems (nice to have)
• International travel experience or strong knowledge of major global destinations (nice to have)
• Negotiation skills to advocate for clients with vendors and hotels (nice to have)
