Role Description

We are seeking a Travel Communications Specialist to help manage clear, timely communication throughout the travel planning process. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys helping clients stay informed while keeping travel details accurate and easy to understand.

• Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, preferences, schedules, and updates
• Provide clear information about itineraries, reservations, destinations, and travel services
• Respond to client questions and assist with travel related requests
• Coordinate communication with travel partners and service providers
• Research travel information and share relevant updates with clients
• Assist with itinerary changes, special arrangements, and scheduling updates
• Maintain accurate client records, correspondence, and travel details
• Review information for accuracy before sending client communications
• Follow up on outstanding requests and help keep travel plans moving forward
• Maintain a professional and helpful communication experience throughout the planning process

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Customer service focused and professional
• Comfortable communicating through email and online platforms
• Able to manage multiple conversations, requests, and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable, responsive, and willing to learn
