Role Description

We are looking for a Work From Home Travel Care Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This role focuses on providing friendly assistance, coordinating travel details, and ensuring every client feels confident and supported throughout their experience.

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide guidance and support
• Review itineraries, confirm travel details, and assist with minor updates or requests
• Share accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures
• Proactively follow up with travelers prior to departure to ensure readiness
• Handle concerns calmly and escalate complex issues when necessary

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with a helpful and patient attitude
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and using online tools and systems
• Interest in travel and delivering positive client experiences
