Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Travel Booking Workflow Coordinator to help keep client requests, reservations, and planning details organized from start to finish. This is a remote position for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable keeping track of multiple moving pieces.

You'll assist with researching options, organizing booking information, updating client records, and making sure important details are followed up on. The role involves using online systems and digital tools, so being comfortable learning new platforms is helpful.

• Organize booking requests, reservation details, and client information
• Research available options based on client needs and preferences
• Keep booking records and trip details accurate and up to date
• Assist with confirmations, updates, and follow-up tasks
• Communicate with clients and provide timely support
• Manage multiple requests while keeping details organized
• Use online platforms and established systems to complete daily tasks
• Help ensure each booking moves smoothly through the planning process

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable using email, online tools, and computer systems
• Able to work independently and stay on top of assigned tasks

• Previous experience is not required
