Role Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Remote Travel Booking Coordinator to assist with coordinating travel arrangements, organizing booking details, and ensuring all plans are accurate and well-structured for clients. This position involves a mix of administrative support, scheduling, and coordination — ideal for someone who enjoys managing details and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. No prior experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided.

• Coordinate and manage bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Assist with planning and structuring travel arrangements based on client preferences
• Organize and review booking details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Create and maintain organized travel plans and itineraries
• Communicate with clients via email and online platforms
• Assist with updates, changes, and adjustments to existing bookings
• Maintain accurate records of client information and reservations
• Stay informed on travel options, availability, and current promotions

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional manner with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Confident using computers, email, and online tools
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
