We are looking for an organized and dependable Travel Arrangements Organizer to join our remote team. In this role, you will help support clients by organizing travel details, researching options, coordinating reservations, and keeping trip information clear and up to date. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys planning, working with people, and staying on top of details. You may work on a variety of travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and itineraries. Training and ongoing support are provided, so previous experience is not required.

• Assist with organizing and coordinating travel arrangements
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Keep reservation and itinerary details organized and accurate
• Communicate with clients and provide helpful support throughout the planning process
• Use online tools and established systems to manage trip information
• Follow up on details and help ensure clients have the information they need

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
• Basic computer and online research skills
• Detail-oriented with a helpful, customer-focused attitude
