Role Description

Tiffany Martin Travel Agency is a travel services company that assists clients with planning and coordinating leisure travel, including vacations, cruises, resort stays, destination celebrations, and group travel experiences. We work with established travel suppliers to help clients arrange travel that aligns with their preferences and needs.

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agent. In this role, you will:

• Assist with researching travel options
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
• Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, reservation details, and travel information
• Provide general destination and travel-related information to clients
• Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel arrangements
• Review reservation details for accuracy and assist with travel-related administrative tasks
• Follow established company procedures and service standards

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your location
