Role Description

At Aspire Lifestyles, we help customers with everything from itinerary changes and travel disruptions to complex international travel arrangements. We're looking for experienced Travel Professionals who enjoy solving problems, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working with premium clientele.

Every day is different. You'll help travelers navigate flight changes, resolve travel disruptions, answer loyalty program questions, coordinate travel solutions, and deliver personalized service to customers who expect a premium experience.

This is not a sales position. This is a newly created permanent position.

Whether you've worked in airline operations, corporate travel, travel reservations, or customer travel support, your experience can make a real impact here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience
• Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is required
• Sabre experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting airlines, travel agencies, corporate travel or travel reservations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Must reside in Ontario
• Must be available for permanent overnight shifts
• Must be available weekends and statutory holidays
• Dedicated home office space
• Reliable hardwired high-speed internet
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
