Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced Sabre Corporate Travel Agent / Business Travel Specialist to deliver high-touch support for executive clients across multiple corporate accounts.

• Book and manage complex domestic and international itineraries (air, hotel, car, rail) using Sabre.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Process exchanges/refunds.
• Maintain traveler profiles.
• Provide expert travel consultation.
• Act as a single point of contact, delivering efficient, accurate, and discreet service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate/VIP travel.
• Strong Sabre expertise (recent use within 3 months).
• Deep knowledge of airline rules, fares, and contracts.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Office, and research tools.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years SABRE Corporate Travel Agent.
• Compensation: $32-$40/hour (DOE).
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST.
