Role Description

Calling all passionate and detail-oriented individuals! Join our exceptional team as a Reservations Supervisor and be at the forefront of creating unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven professional to lead our reservations team and ensure seamless operations.

• Oversees the daily operations of the reservations department across multiple hotel and resort properties in a remote setting.
• Ensures exceptional guest service, reservation accuracy, and revenue conversion.
• Develops a team of reservation agents through call auditing, coaching, and performance accountability.
• The ideal candidate is a strong leader with multi-system reservation expertise and a track record of coaching teams to success.
• The shift for this role is Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:30am-7:00pm and is subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and software.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Resort, luxury hospitality, or multi-property reservation experience a plus.
• Experience auditing calls and conducting coaching sessions strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a remote setting a plus.
