Role Description

• Research and book reservations and travel accommodations for corporate groups.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
• Resolve any problems with reservations or other travel accommodations by communicating with all relevant parties.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client interaction methods and exceed team goals.
• Remain current with industry changes.
• Plan itineraries for the traveling groups and cater to their requests to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to improve your knowledge of various destinations.
• Utilize promotional tools to cultivate new travel groups.
• Participate in conferences and team outings whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Must be native-level in English (Bilingual is a plus).
• Strong sales or marketing background is preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication skills.
