• Review confirmations, schedules, and booking details for completeness
• Provide assistance regarding reservation status, travel questions, and planning needs
• Coordinate updates, modifications, and special requests as needed
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking activity
• Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and travel documentation
• Participate in virtual learning sessions and team development programs
