[Hiring] Reservations Agent @Numa

Role Description

As a Reservations Agent, you will be part of our team supporting corporate clients, group bookings, and individual requests. You’ll handle enquiries primarily via email and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional booking process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys contributing to seamless guest experiences without working directly at the front desk.

• Handle incoming corporate and group enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Create and send tailored offers using our online quotation tools
• Process and manage requests for group bookings, ensuring accuracy and clear communication
• Liaise closely with Guest Support, Operations, Revenue Management, and Finance to ensure consistent and accurate information flow
• Maintain updated records in our reservation and CRM systems

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (C1 level required)
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a similar hospitality function
• A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service behind the scenes
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively
• A team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment
