Role Description

We are seeking personable, organized individuals to join our remote team as Personal Experience Advisors. In this role, you will help clients create vacation plans that reflect their preferences, interests, schedules, and budgets while providing consistent support throughout the planning process. This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working one-on-one with clients, researching options, organizing details, and delivering a personalized service experience. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
• Help clients coordinate selected services and keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
• Stay connected with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending decisions, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
• Review important information for accuracy, monitor deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.

• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
