In this role, you'll help clients navigate travel options, organize personalized vacation experiences, and coordinate trip details from beginning to end. Whether planning a tropical escape, ocean cruise, family holiday, destination celebration, or international journey, you'll provide valuable guidance and support throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Consult with travelers to understand their vacation interests, preferences, and travel objectives
• Explore destinations, accommodations, cruise options, vacation packages, and unique travel experiences
• Match clients with travel solutions that align with their budget, schedule, and expectations
• Coordinate travel components including lodging, transportation, excursions, activities, and special experiences
• Assist travelers throughout the planning and reservation process
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure reservations and confirm arrangements
• Review itineraries, travel documents, and booking details for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records and reservation information
• Monitor travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• Interest in customer service, hospitality, tourism, travel planning, sales, or consulting
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
