Role Description

We're a growing remote travel team and we're looking for a detail-oriented, client-first professional to join us as a Luxury Travel Consultant. You'll support clients in planning and managing high-end travel experiences, handling everything from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, all from home. Full training is provided. You don't need a background in travel, you need to be organized, professional, and genuinely good with people.

• Provide responsive, professional support to clients via phone, email, and online messaging.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations, itinerary updates, and special accommodations.
• Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and booking policies clearly.
• Monitor bookings for accuracy and proactively follow up with clients.
• Resolve questions and concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Keep client records organized and internal systems updated.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communicator, written and verbal.
• Customer service background preferred, travel or hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Able to pick up digital tools and booking platforms quickly.
