Role Description

We are seeking personable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Lifestyle Experience Consultants. In this role, you will help clients explore vacation experiences that align with their interests, preferences, schedules, and budgets while providing organized support throughout the planning process. This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching options, coordinating details, and creating personalized experiences. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, lifestyle interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences that fit individual preferences.
• Assist with coordinating selected services through approved resources and organize confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details.
• Stay connected with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on decisions, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, monitor important dates, review details for completeness, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
