Role Description

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist clients with researching and arranging leisure vacations. As a Leisure Booking Advisor, you will help turn client requests into organized vacation plans by identifying appropriate options, providing relevant information, and coordinating selected services.

• Vacation requests can include resort stays, cruises, all-inclusive packages, family trips, romantic getaways, group vacations, international destinations, tours, excursions, and celebration travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive client inquiries and gather the information needed to begin researching a vacation.
• Identify travel dates, destination preferences, budget guidelines, and requested experiences.
• Search approved resources for available vacation products and services.
• Locate appropriate hotels, resorts, cruise options, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities.
• Review pricing, availability, amenities, and other relevant details.
• Prepare suitable choices for clients based on their stated requirements.
• Provide information that helps clients evaluate their options.
• Answer general questions regarding services, policies, and reservation conditions.
• Complete requested arrangements through authorized supplier platforms.
• Verify passenger names, dates, accommodations, and other booking information for accuracy.
• Record confirmations and maintain organized reservation documentation.
• Monitor deposits, final payments, and other important booking dates.
• Contact clients when additional information or action is required.
• Provide reservation updates and pre-departure information.
• Assist with standard booking modifications and general client questions.
• Keep current with destination information, supplier offerings, and vacation products.
