No previous travel industry experience is required — full training is provided.

• Coordinate schedules, itineraries, confirmations, and important details
• Provide updates and support throughout the planning process
• Keep information organized and ensure everything stays on track
• Help create smooth and stress-free travel experiences

Qualifications

• Enjoy helping people and staying organized
• Like working independently and managing details
• Have strong communication skills
• Are comfortable using email, apps, and online tools
• Are reliable, positive, and eager to learn
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, planning, administrative support, or coordination is helpful—but not required.
