[Hiring] Inventory Management Specialist @HVMG

Role Description

As the Inventory Management Specialist, you will coordinate the rates and inventory for a portfolio size up to 12 hotels. This role will maintain inventory controls, monitor & adjust pricing strategies, analyze demand factors, and conduct comp rate analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of the hospitality industry.

• Manage group and transient inventory through various hotel systems
• Prepare Ad Hoc Reports
• Review STAR Reports, Monthly Conditions, and Market Conditions
• Review Selling Strategy for the next 30 days
• Monitor overbook strategies

You will report to the Director of Revenue Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, relevant field of work, and/or combination of education and work-related experience (Required)
• 2 - 4 Years of Revenue Management and/or Front-Office Experience (Highly Preferred)
• Marriott or Hilton Experience (Required)
• Hyatt, IHG, and/or Independent Experience (a Plus)
• Additional consideration for applicants with special certifications
