Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-conscious individuals to join our virtual team as Holiday Booking Advisors. In this position, you will help clients move from an initial vacation idea to confirmed arrangements by:

• Speaking with clients to understand where, when, and how they would like to vacation
• Reviewing preferences such as budget, accommodations, activities, and desired experiences
• Searching approved resources for suitable vacation products and services
• Researching and evaluating resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, tours, and transportation
• Presenting relevant choices and explaining key details to clients
• Helping clients proceed with the arrangements they select
• Completing reservation-related steps through approved supplier platforms
• Checking names, dates, pricing, and other booking information carefully
• Preparing confirmations and keeping reservation details organized
• Tracking deposits, balances, deadlines, and other booking requirements
• Contacting clients when additional information or decisions are needed
• Providing updates and useful information before departure
• Supporting routine adjustments and booking-related questions
• Maintaining complete and accurate client records
• Staying informed about destination options, supplier products, and current offers

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
