[Hiring] Group Reservation Manager @RateHawk

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Reservation Manager to join our growing team. The Group Reservation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of group reservations to ensure a seamless booking experience for B2B partners.

This role requires a deep understanding of travel logistics, experience in group tourism, strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work with large amounts of information at the same time.

What You’ll Do

• Booking Management: Process group reservations promptly and accurately. Searching and booking of group accommodation options, additional services, according to the request.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Travel Coordination: Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world for groups.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with hotels and other service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Itinerary Creation: Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients' interests and budgets.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any group booking issues or client complaints promptly. Partner support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in group travel management, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of travel-related regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in travel management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: knowledge of English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work under heavy load.
• Responsible, stress-resistant, attentive person.
