As a Getaway Relations Specialist, you will serve as a point of contact for travelers seeking vacation assistance. You'll help clients discover suitable experiences, evaluate travel options, and coordinate arrangements while maintaining professional communication throughout the process.

This remote opportunity involves all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, luxury accommodations, group travel, and international destinations.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Establish connections with prospective clients and respond to vacation inquiries
• Learn about individual travel interests, schedules, budgets, and expectations
• Recommend destinations and vacation experiences based on client preferences
• Locate suitable resorts, hotels, cruise sailings, and leisure packages
• Explore available excursions, transportation, tours, and activities
• Review supplier promotions, accommodations, and package benefits
• Present vacation selections and clarify important booking information
• Assist with confirmed reservations through approved supplier platforms
• Review guest information and ensure reservation details are accurate
• Maintain organized booking records, confirmations, and travel itineraries
• Communicate payment deadlines, reservation updates, and outstanding requirements
• Support clients with routine questions, adjustments, and pre-departure preparations
