Role Description

Help families create memorable vacations without the stress of handling every detail on their own. As a Family Vacation Specialist, you'll assist parents and families with researching destinations, comparing vacation options, coordinating reservations, and organizing travel details from the early planning stages through departure.

You may help plan family cruises, resort vacations, theme park trips, beach getaways, and other family-focused experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required, as training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Research family-friendly destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, and activities
• Learn about each family's travel preferences, needs, ages, and budget
• Recommend vacation options based on the client's priorities
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and activities
• Assist with reservations, payments, travel documents, and important deadlines
• Keep client and reservation information organized and accurate
• Maintain professional communication throughout the planning process
• Assist clients with questions and reservation changes when needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable researching and comparing travel options
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Able to manage multiple client requests and deadlines
• Interest in family vacations and travel planning
• No previous travel industry experience required
